Process
01 Discovery & Strategy Phase
Every professional website design project starts with a discovery and strategy phase where the web design team interview the client stakeholders on their requirements, values, market mapping and competitive landscape, and goals for the project.
The outcome of this phase is a documented timeline, detailed project plan, contract and a web strategy.
02 UX / UI Design
Once the detailed project plan, timeline & milestones and web strategy have established in the Discovery & Strategy Phase, the process moves into the UX (User Experience) and IA (Information Architecture) phase, where the website layout, features, functionalities, user path flows, and specification document are wireframed and documented. This is the blueprint phase of the project.
In this phase, website designers roll up their sleeves and start applying color and designs to the wireframes submitted to them by the UX & IA team. The web designers also provide clients with a design storyboard outlining the usage of fonts and colors throughout the site.
03 Development & Coding
Development is more than coding. It is about bringing ideas and strategy to life.
When design process is finalized and everyone excited to see a new site move along, it becomes code time where we take make it all come to life. Every site we build uses a content management system so you can have control over your own site. We can also bring together all kinds of technology from HTML and CSS to object-oriented PHP integrated with 3rd party REST APIs to build a site that functions how you need. Don’t worry if you don’t know what those are, that’s our job and we make sure it all just works exactly as you need.
04 Testing
After the development phase we move on to the testing phase. The purpose of the testing phase is to verify that every page looks great and works correctly. We thoroughly test each page of the website, checking it’s structure, content, & functionality, to ensure there are no errors or bugs. Also, You can test your project before Launch phase on our test domain.
05 Launch
On launch day, your website is moved to your domain and made live for the world to see.
From this point forward, your beautiful new website is there to represent your brand and your business. While the site has launched, the project is never complete. We love working with our clients to test the design and make adjustments over time in order to win online.
